Mara Louk is a 22 years old student who filed a complaint against Visible Music College in Memphis on Wednesday, with the US Department of Education.
The court records stated that the former student mentioned that college officials refused to release the abuser from her classes because he had not been arrested.

Mara even filed a sexual assault complaint with Memphis police, but no arrest was made
Louk revealed that the college charged her with breaking college rules with another student, ignoring her protests.
Louk states that after she declined to accept a confession, the school attempted to expel her. She was prohibited from campus and expected to complete her study at another college.
The charged classmate supposedly told college administrators that she had sex with her former boyfriend from that semester and that her ex-boyfriend verified it.
Luke filed a complaint on Wednesday against Visible Music college and wants the US Department of Education to investigate thoroughly.
According to the complaint, an unidentified male student came over to Louk’s home to play board games and ended up sexually assaulting her on November 2, 2021.
She filed a police complaint against her boyfriend. However, the police didn’t arrest him because of a lack of evidence. As a result, the college allowed him to attend lectures.
According to Mara, the school intended to punish her unless she submitted a statement, continued her school year virtually, and not be involved in the case.
After Mara denied signing the statement, she lodged a police complaint against her college and even requested the US Department of Education to investigate.
