Motorcycle Collision Rochester, Minnesota, Victim Named: A 17-year-old boy motorcyclist was the deceased victim in a fatal car-motorcycle accident that occurred in Northeast Rochester on Thursday afternoon.
At around 1 p.m., Rochester police and fire departments arrived at the scene of a two-vehicle collision at the junction of East Circle Drive and Northern Valley Drive Northeast.
The juvenile biker was traveling east on East Circle Drive at a “high rate of speed” when an SUV drove out of the junction and the two cars crashed, according to preliminary investigations conducted by police when they arrived on the scene.
The young rider of the motorcycle was declared deceased at the site.
